State Advocacy

The purpose of the NLCRC’s EPR advocacy strategy is to create a pathway for Interchange 360 to be an acceptable compliance option for producers of lubricant products and packaging in EPR states or localities. Where EPR legislation does not align with the NLCRC’s principles, alternative pathways are explored. Advocacy efforts prioritize states or localities that have adopted (or potentially will adopt) EPR legislation.
