CONTACT FORMS
NLCRC does not collect personally identifiable information through the Site unless a user voluntarily sends such information by email through a link or by filling out a form on the Site. Information submitted through forms are stored on customer relations management software for the purposes of responding to any communications received.
COOKIES
Forms filled out by Users on the Site may opt-in to saving name and email address in cookies. These are for User convenience so details do not have to be added again should additional forms be completed and submitted. Cookies will last for one year.
EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Articles on the Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If Users have a filled out a form on the Site, they can request to receive an exported file of the personal data being held about the User, including any data the User has provided the NLCRC. Users can also request that the NLCRC erase any personal data being held. This does not include any data the NLCRC is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
WHERE WE SEND YOUR DATA
Visitors who fill out a form or send an email through a link on the Site may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
